Turkey Pasta Salad
Dressing:
- 1 cup oil
- ½ cup cider vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
Salad:
- 12 oz tri-colored spiral pasta
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sweet peas (in pods)
- 3 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
- ½ cup thinly sliced bunching onions
- ½ cup chopped bell pepper
Whisk all dressing ingredients together. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Toss to coat. Cover and chill before serving.
