Pico de Gallo

Pico de Gallo (also called salsa fresca)

  • 1 or 2 avocados
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 Thai pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground Himalayan or sea salt
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 organic lime, juiced

Get Ingredients

Chop finely and mix. Chill for an hour or more. Serve with organic Blue Corn tortilla chips
